Herederos del Marqués de Riscal – Wine Paring Event

In the general run of things, food and wine are known to be good friends. However, when matched perfectly with each other according to the food’s flavour profile and the wine’s flavour intensity, both taste better than they would on their own. Whether it’s a Sauvignon with cured salmon or a Gran Reserva 2005 en Magnum with aged roasted beef striploin, your taste buds will definitely take a gastronomic voyage surrounded by the alluring Romanesque features The Medina Restaurant has to offer.

This event will take place on the 27th of September at The Medina Restaurant, located in the fortified city of Mdina, tucked away in the winding alleys this medieval city has to offer. Co-hosted by Farsons Beverage Imports, this tasteful dinner will commence at 20:00pm at the price of €55 per person, which includes a set-menu of 6 courses, each paired with its delectable wine.
